Personal Performance Q6 Bench Abs The Institute for Physical and Sports TherapyThis one is a tummy toner. Start as in the picture. Turn slightly and drop your feet off the side of the bench, touch the floor and bring them back up to the bench. Try to bring your feet back as close to your rearend as possible, as you do exhale, and repeat to the other side.
