Press and Stretch #1
This is a fun exercise! It will tone up the back of your arms and legs as well as stretch your hamstrings (the muscle in the back of your leg).
First let’s sit on the bench, slide off so that you are holding yourself up with your arms, with your legs straight out in front of you.
Now slide foot back towards you, don’t slide it too far under you. As you slide your foot, drop down slowly controlling yourself with your arms. Now press back up and switch legs and repeat 10 times.
