Squat Twist

Personal Performance Q6 Squat Twist The Institute for Physical and Sports TherapyThis is a great exercise for you skiers. The movement is the same as the Squat and Toss, keep your back straight. But as you squat you add a little twist in.  Don’t twist too much, have fun.

When you finish the twist stand back up and repeat to the other side. Your squat depth and twist should be to comfort.

This one will tone that waistline and give you killer legs.
